Effort is usually encouraged in us from childhood onwards. It is believed to be a key factor in mastering new skills and fostering abilities. Success is achieved by effort and keeps one focused on goals. But is that all that is needed? Does effort guarantee success in all aspects of our lives? Or is there something more?
