Have you ever wondered how life happens sometimes very seamlessly with no effort on our part?  Our body processes like breathing, digestion, movement, reflexes, and recovering from wounds all happen with almost no intervention from us. Engineers can relate to slogging countless hours to build a product which works reasonably well, and even one small lack of attention to detail can lead to product returns and countless customer complaints and phone calls. So is life a miracle in that case designed by an intelligence beyond our understanding? The answer to the question may depend on your experience of life and also on who you talk to. For sure we see people struggling with various kinds of physical and financial hardships, and one can easily become disillusioned by reading just the news on social media for a few days. One sometimes wonders if the world is fair and how a lot of adversity seems to land more upon some people compared to others. How can a miracle lead to suffering, and is there any logic to anything which happens in the world?

Is there a relationship between our individual and collective karma or thinking process on what transpires in life externally,or is it just chance and survival of the fittest? Or perhaps we’re living in an illusory matrix? What role does our mental belief system and deep rooted conscious and subconscious desires play in what we experience as we encounter various people and situations? Can we change the quality of our life experience at any moment to be miraculous just by changing how we think and influencing how we feel as a consequence?

Listen to Sadhguru explain the two equally valid paths one can take on their spiritual journey and the pitfalls of being in the middle ground. It is bound to take us deeper on our journey of embracing life fully in the right manner.
