How many times in a day have you heard or used the word happy? People often say that they are happy about this or not happy about that. Parents and children can toss the word back and forth as they decide on anything, from food choices to what time is best to go to bed.

People very rarely feel joyful 24/7. Do you know of anyone that moves through life feeling joyful, no matter what external scenario they face? Is there a way to experience joy that is not reliant on outside factors? If so, how can we attain this?

What is the most important thing in your life right now? Sadhguru reminds us: it is only because we are alive that everything else became important. He reminds us that life is constantly ticking away and that it’s time to smile, not frown! If we can be fully engaged  with our life at every moment, then we can live joyfully and exuberantly by our own nature.
