We know the world through our five senses. With every day we experience the wonders around us through our ability to touch, taste, see, hear, and smell. From simply eating our morning breakfast to walking in the park among nature’s beauty, we can be aware of life on a physical plane.

But even as science tells us, there is more to life than that perceived by our five senses. Atoms, although invisible, are continuously at work. Energy in its various forms creates and destroys. An infinite number of possibilities is happening every second. Is it possible for us to experience more than just the physical? How can we expand our perception of life?

Sadhguru explains that Swadharma is the way of self, a means to experience life beyond physical limitations. If we go by the laws of the physical, our experience will always be governed by boundaries. If we want to experience the boundless nature of the nonphysical, we need to turn inward and follow the way of Swadharma.
