Usually everyone wants to have more time in their day. Efficiency is one way of adding minutes, or even hours, to your day. The aim is to spend less time doing things that might not be so enjoyable, are required tasks, or are just plain lengthy to consequently spend more time on things that we choose and like.

Some people seem to be very adept at efficiency, while others struggle daily. They seem to manage to accomplish their tasks in much less time than others. They make something complicated seem rather simple. But how to accomplish this? Is there a secret to ‘breezing through’ a task?
