The Isha foundation currently has two vibrant yoga centers: one in Coimbatore, India and the other in Tennessee, USA. Both are in beautiful, natural areas and contain powerful consecrated spaces. Any spiritual seeker would greatly benefit from visiting either center for any amount of time, and both offer the option for short or long-term stays.

The question of whether one should permanently move to either of these yoga centers is doubtless one that has crossed the minds of many spiritual seekers, both those who practice with the Isha foundation and those who do not. There are many stories of monks or sannyasis moving along the spiritual path very quickly because of their choice to live in places like these that are fully dedicated to spiritual development. Some believe that the spiritual path can only truly be walked by those who choose to live in a secluded space. We have all heard of yogis leaving society to live in a cave on a mountain somewhere. But is this really necessary? Why should one live at a yoga center?

Listen as Sadhguru speaks about the benefits of short and long-term stays at the yoga centers. Whether one is drawn to visit them for a couple days, a couple months or even longer, there are wonderful opportunities available that will hasten any seekers’ progress along the spiritual path.
