What are you failing at today? It’s a painful exercise, but most of us spend countless hours in the day and many restless nights fighting with the feeling that we are not good enough. Often we perceive that this pressure is coming from someone in our life who expects more from us, whether it is our spouse, our parents, or society at large. When we look a little deeper though, we can see that these pressures eventually become something that we ourselves take on. We become the most tortuous person in our own lives as our minds generate thoughts on a constant basis that confirm that we are failing. We waste our life energies trying to be like our neighbors.
What is our true nature? What could happen for us if we replaced the time that we spend hurting ourselves with destructive thoughts, with preparation for a stronger, more stable, more capable us?

Erika Mohssen - Beyk March 17, 2016 at 3:30 pmI am grateful that I learned not to have expectations and do not compare myself. I know that I am a unique being. Meditation knowing the true self is important for all of us and learn to listen to the heart and intuition. May many read this Article and find the path. Thank you, I always like Sadhguru's videos.
