Educational systems throughout the world have undergone periodic reforms as educators attempt to foster student academic achievement. Yet, with all the current educational research, theories, and curricula, most systems fail to create an educational environment that works for all children.

Many problems persist in our schools. How can we address the overall growth of school children instead of focusing just on their academic side? How can we encourage economically backward parents to send their children to school? How can we incorporate unconventional ideas into current educational structures? How can we help children cope with the cultural changes influenced by the media? How can school teachers manage the conflicts between their own and their superiors’ expectations?

During a talk at the Kendriya Vidyalaya Principals’ Conference, Sadhguru answers these questions as he explains how schools need to be structured so that a child’s genius can unfold.
