Losing a loved one is difficult, even if the death was expected due to illness. Often people find it hard to even talk about someone they love dying, as the anxiety and grief is overwhelming.

When death takes place, it can produce a wide range of emotions for the family and friends of the deceased. People may become inundated with disbelief, confusion, sadness, and even humiliation and despair. Someone else’s death may also trigger anxiety about one’s own dying experience. So how can we understand and embrace the fact that death comes to all of us?
