For centuries philosophers, poets, scientists, and others have wondered and postulated about the workings of the human mind. What is the nature of the mind? Why does one person’s perception differ from another person’s? Sometimes, the contrast is so large that it makes little sense. How does the brain function and why does it vacillate during different physical and emotional states, such as joy, pain, stress, or even hunger?

Have you ever been given three or four tasks at once and immediately gone into panic mode? What enables one person to do several tasks at once, while another will be struggling with just one? Is there a way to strengthen the mind so that it works for us, and not against us?

How many things can a human being do at any given time? Sadhguru speaks about what it takes to handle many tasks simultaneously and gives us insight into the workings of the human mind.
