Dr. Senthil Sadasivan,Vice Chairman for Research, Indiana University; Dr. Balachundhar Subramian, M.D., MPH, FASA, Harvard Medical School; and Dr. Swaminathan Sundararaman, Immunology Researcher, University of Virginia talked with Sadhguru about two Isha research projects to document the effects Isha Yoga practices have on those practicing them. These projects’ data indicated a significant reduction in depression and anxiety levels of the meditators.
