Have you noticed that almost every young person you know has a mobile phone? They might also have a portable tablet and/or a computer. Even some toddlers know how to use mobile phones. They are also more aware of social media and use it more than older generations. Before the pandemic, face-to-face interactions for younger people were not the same as the few decades previously. Today, conversations usually revolve around the media stored and shared on their mobile electronic devices. Rarely are their cell phones off and tucked away.

During a conversation between Juhi Chawla and Sadhguru, the actress expresses concern that the younger generations are becoming consumed by media. Sadhguru explains that the generation gap is no longer about taking a next step but, because of an unprecedented onslaught of information and communication, is about the real threat of psychological overload.
