Often our perceptions are clouded by our own thoughts, feelings, and personal histories. We size up a person by their looks or one or two of their statements. After that, how much do we allow their true selves to permeate our perception of who they are? Do we solidify our misconceptions into walls that create barriers? How can we know others if we don’t even know ourselves?

Sadhguru looks at how, unfortunately, most people do not pay enough attention to what lies within. He points out how the human system is the most sensitive and sophisticated machine on the planet. When we have such a wonderful gadget in our hands, we can’t afford to operate like a “blacksmith.”
