The playground was full of laughter as the children played in the sandbox and used the jungle gym, swings, and slide. Parents and guardians sat on the ground or benches, deep in conversations that centered around their daily stresses and problems. It was a stark contrast when compared with the youngsters mingling and playing joyfully.

Children are often spontaneous and carefree. They can be seen singing or dancing, oblivious to whoever may be watching. Children’s excitement when seeing something new is inspiring. Their thirst for experiences and knowledge is refreshing when compared with many adults, who have preconceived ideas and opinions.

Answering a question on mindfulness, Sadhguru says life will become wonderful if one lives in a state of abandon, rather than trying to be mindful. He also dispels myths about the often-used phrase, Live in the moment.
