For many, modern life has brought with it many new comforts. Many sleep in more comfortable beds, have more comfortable clothing, and drive in more comfortable cars than those that were available to our grandparents. In some ways, these modern comforts bring more ease into our lives. It is easier than ever to travel long distances or find food. Yet, many still do not feel at ease, internally. Even with modern comforts, it seems that the rates of dis-ease are higher than ever. Why would this be?

There are many factors that contribute to feeling at ease, and while external comforts can certainly play a part, fundamentally the experience of ease comes from within. If feeling at-ease is not the result of particular external conditions, how then are we to experience ease? And why do we experience dis-ease?

Hear Sadhguru shed light on what it means to truly be at ease, and on the inner conditions that create dis-ease. If one is able to leave the past alone and see life as it truly is, then at-ease is the only way one can be.
