You brought home a new bookcase and now need to put it together. The instructions are written in several languages and contain many pictures that illustrate each step along with the materials list. Some find this process easy. Others skip the instructions and just wing it. Some try the latter method and then complain that parts were missing and that is why it does not look like the picture on the box.
Just about everything today comes with a user’s manual, whether it is in the box or is an internet link. Sometimes these manuals are wordy and complicated or only contain confusing pictures but they still represent a resource that hopefully enables the product to function properly. They provide some guidelines that allow us to know the ins and outs of the product.
But what about a human being? Have you ever heard a parent declare “I need a user’s manual!” Countless authors have supplied an abundance of advice for parents and others. The problem is, most of the advice is conflicting.
So how much do you know about your own life? How much do you understand the workings of your body, mind, and emotions? Click on the link below to find out where Sadhguru tells us to find our user’s manual.
