The news reports daily about those who are experiencing anxiety and depression during the COVID-19 lockdown. It is a time of uncertainty, and many people are on “information overload” as they read or watch the media coverage concerning the pandemic.

Many people also feel stuck in a dull and lifeless daily routine. Their day passes through  the use of the computer, mobile phone, and TV. What can we do to make better use of this time?

Sadhguru urges each of us to make the most of the current situation and gives us a process to improve ourselves. This will help us come back with renewed energy and strength after these challenging times have passed.
