Walking, listening to music, or watching a show can be a resort, to help you relax or remove yourself from what you deem to be your personal burdens. The big drawback – it’s only a temporary fix and rarely leaves us feeling joyful for days on end.

When friends, family, peers, and yourself are rarely happy on a daily basis and are usually complaining about something, being blissful every moment sounds like a dream. Is it really attainable? Can we handle any situation and still feel joyful? 

When it comes to using intoxicants, Sadhguru explains that people are not trying to enjoy a drink but to enjoy their life. He adds that when they don’t even know the full possibility of being human, where is the time to dull themselves into a sleep state? Instead, Sadhguru says, there is a possibility to become blissful and fully intoxicated while being fully alert without using any substance.
