In Yoga there are references made often to an innermost core within ourselves referred to as the bliss body which is a source of great joy. We are not really sure what this state feels like, but maybe we can call it a state where one feels very exuberant within themselves. How does a person reach this place within themselves – do they have to go through different life experiences, mentors, different spiritual practices and also some suffering possibly to learn? We have all heard of many famous people who excelled in their respective fields. It is not so much the success that they achieved which stands out but rather a certain quality to how they did it which constantly stands the test of time. Grace, Ease, creativity, stillness and a tireless work ethic are qualities which come to mind. On the other end of the spectrum we find people who are struggling to live peacefully and gracefully even if their basic financial needs are well taken care of. Is there a cause and effect to everything which happens in life, or does everything happen by chance and it’s just survival of the fittest? Is there a well-known recipe in our yogic sciences to keep yourself happy and in harmony with everything around you and to move through life gracefully without being reactive to everything in our surrounding environment in terms of people and situations?
Listen to Sadhguru share his insights on a powerful yogic process to establish inner balance within ourselves and elaborate on why and how it works. It is eye opening and a call to explore life beyond the surface level. It is bound to destroy some myths and get us oriented in the right direction.
