Here’s a tip. When someone says those words, do you listen intensely or figure that a joke or exaggerated brag is forthcoming?

Tip is not only related to verbal advice; it has a monetary connotation as well. If you have ever worked in the food or hotel industry, you know how some people will tip well and others will make excuses for leaving little or no tip. The two meanings, though, are similar  in that you can receive a good tip or a bad tip, whether in money or advice. Whichever way it comes, no one wants a bad tip. Here is a good tip from Sadhguru.

Sadhguru explains that only when we establish balance, clarity, and intensity can we set the stage for a joyful life. He stresses how we must stretch the capacity of the body—without complaining —by infusing devotion into all we do.
