During the 1960s a distinct generation gap came to light. The younger generation of that time, publicly and as a large group, questioned and went against everything their parents had established. They found a new expression in music, values, political views, ecology, and drugs.

The hippie culture reached its height during the American involvement in the Vietnam War. It seemed to leave a lasting impact on the nation for decades to come; but it also led many of its followers into abusive drug-use cycles that resulted in their premature deaths and a deviation from their original motivation to improve lives.

Sadhguru looks at what went right and what went wrong with the generation that came of age during the 1960s and wanted to change the world.
