During the work week, breakfast is coffee and a quick grab-and-go; lunch is basically the same; and dinner is often pizza or a quick fix-it meal. By the time the weekend rolls around, have you found that chores and feeling tired from the work week squash any motivation to create healthy, homemade meals? Do you find yourself in this cycle of mealtime depression? Have you noticed how you feel after eating a healthy meal compared to how you feel after consuming a quick anything-will-do meal?

Does what we eat play a large part in our well-being? How much, if at all, does it affect our emotional state, in addition to our physical state? Are raw foods and a vegetarian diet more beneficial when compared with cooked and meat-based diets?

During a conversation with philanthropist and health-and-wellness advocate Chakabars; singer, songwriter, and actress Keri Hilson; and comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish, Sadhguru answers a question on why a significant number of people in India are vegetarian. Sadhguru also talks about how plant-based foods help one become more sensitive to life, and even enhance one’s perception.
