When most people picture a yogi, they will likely think of someone sitting alone in a faraway cave, meditating all day and night. But did you know that yogis can have fun too? Yoga does not necessarily mean one must become an ascetic. What if, instead, yoga is meant to help us live every moment joyfully and with involvement?

In terms of what one should do with their life, one may find little direct guidance in yogic teachings. However, for the question of how one should live their life, there is a wealth of instruction.
