Have you ever noticed how a child has a natural curiosity and a desire to learn? They seem less driven by their opinions than adults. Instead, they move through their early years with open arms and welcome new experiences with an uncluttered mind.

How flexible are you? Are you capable of looking at any situation with an accepting nature? Can you do whatever is needed, regardless of your own hardcore opinions? Do you feel more comfortable when you can just react, as is your custom? Or do you enjoy being able to bend gently to any situation, like a reed in the wind?

Sadhguru explains that, although our personality is self-created, it becomes rigid and fixed. Instead, if we wear our personality like a mask that we can consciously take off as the situation demands, then we will lead a better life.
