The young child often asked his mother to take him to the park. Once there, this ten-year-old would take out a drawing pad and colored pencils that had been stored neatly in his backpack. His mother never ceased to be amazed that this young child would sit mesmerized by the countless forms of nature that he drew so lovingly on his pad. At those moments, the young boy was transformed, filled with focus and devotion.
