How long is the course and each class and
where can I take it?
The course is a series of 7 classes, each of which lasts approximately one hour and 20 minutes. Towards the end of each session, the class includes a guided meditation. After completing each session, you will have access to tools for practical application where you will answer questions designed to deepen your experience of the class. This course teaches you a technology for well-being based on the science of yoga. You can complete it in just a few days from the comfort of your home or office. And you can view the course videos on your desktop, laptop, tablet or other mobile devices.
