Creating an inclusive world now more than ever is of utmost importance. Sadhguru has established an infrastructure for developing human consciousness and fostering global harmony through individual transformation. Isha’s flagship program, Inner Engineering dives deep into the mechanics of how one can bring balance to the mind, body, emotions, and energy.

Johnathan Barron, research scientist at Google, hosted a talk with Sadhguru about developing an inclusive consciousness. Sadhguru addressed the issues and concerns about inclusiveness and answered many questions proposed by Johnathan Barron and the audience. Sadhguru explained that turning inward is not a survival process and that people have two fundamental qualities: the instinct of self-preservation and a longing to expand limitlessly. He stated that the problem is that people are confused about their bondage and suffer their freedom. Sadhguru also spoke about how individuals can create a quality of inclusiveness within themselves. He elaborated on how this quality of inclusiveness can have a positive effect in the workplace as well as at home and in the community.

Millions of people across the globe have been moved by his Inner Engineering programs with the result that they feel experientially connected to life in ways they had never felt before.
