Inner Engineering Online is an essential requirement, and all attendees must complete the seven sessions of the course to be eligible for the event with Sadhguru.

: If you have learned Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya but not yet completed Inner Engineering Online, you will need to complete the 7 online sessions. This is a prerequisite to attend the program with Sadhguru. Access to Inner Engineering Online will be complimentary, once you register.
