As a commitment to bringing wellbeing to the community, Isha Foundation offers free yoga classes periodically. These include family-friendly yoga sessions suitable for everyone, which address every aspect of life like health, success, mental wellbeing and more. No physical agility or previous experience of yoga is needed.
